Today we stopped by the house to show the boys the progress. Last week the wood had been delivered. It seems they have started putting it to good use.
The frame of the house proper has been started. It seems that the garage is the storage depot for the lumber. I hope this isn't a foreshadowing. Just keep telling myself: garages are for cars.
The above picture is looking towards the formal living room from the kitchen. The floor is marked for the future walls. Everything looks smaller than we thought.
A 360 degree panorama. I felt dizzy. If the weather cooperates, the roof should be up by the end of the month.
Let's hope that Mother Nature cooperates.
